Medical Doctor

The attending physician is responsible for the provision of medical care in a community health center, which is recognized as a Level 3 Patient Centered Medical Home, and which is a Federally Qualified Health Center, with a homeless program. The attending physician will report to the Medical Director, or their physician designee. They will provide collaboration and supervision to the Nurse care coordinator.
