Job Description
As the Custodian of Housing Works Commercial Facilities, your responsibilities include the day-to-day operation and cleanliness of commercial locations, including the communication process of repairs, supply needs, safety, security, and physical environment, and compliance with regulatory requirements (OSHA, Fire Safety, etc.)
