Job Description
The RN Supervisor provides clinical leadership and oversight for nursing services within a senior living community that includes a Skilled Nursing component. This role is responsible for supervising nursing staff, coordinating resident care, and ensuring compliance with all federal, state, and local regulations, including CMS and state survey requirements. The RN Supervisor supports high standards of clinical excellence, resident safety, and quality outcomes by overseeing daily nursing operations, responding to clinical concerns, and serving as a key point of contact for residents, families, physicians, and interdisciplinary team members.
