(CNA) and Certified Medication Aide ( CMA) for (MSAL) Memory Support Unit 11pm-7am

This role is dedicated to enhancing the wellbeing of MSAL residents through compassionate, person-centered care. The role also calls for compassion toward older adults and a commitment to person-centered care that emphasizes hospitality and excellence in personalized assistance. Responsibilities include administering medications, engaging residents in meaningful activities, and assisting with household tasks such as meal service and light housekeeping. The position requires patience and kindness in responding to challenging behaviors, complex personalities, and difficult circumstances. Success in this role is defined by the ability to build and sustain positive, supportive relationships with residents through empathy, attentive listening, and consistent care.
