Job Description
The Life Enrichment Activity Assistant supports the delivery of purposeful, resident-centered programs that enhance the quality of life for seniors in a senior living community. Under the guidance of the Life Enrichment Manager. This position helps plan, coordinate, and lead activities that promote socialization, cognitive engagement, physical movement, emotional well-being, and a sense of purpose for residents at varying levels of ability.
