The Receptionist serves as the warm, welcoming first point of contact for residents, families, visitors, and team members within our senior living community. This role is responsible for creating a positive and supportive front‑desk experience by greeting guests, answering and directing phone calls, and providing helpful information with compassion and professionalism. The Receptionist ensures smooth daily operations by coordinating visitor check‑ins, managing resident and family inquiries, supporting move‑ins, and maintaining a clean and organized reception area.
