Job Description
The Executive Director is the senior leader responsible for the overall strategic, operational, and financial performance of the Continuing Care Retirement Community (CCRC). This role provides vision, leadership, and direction to ensure high-quality resident services, regulatory compliance, financial sustainability, and a strong organizational culture aligned with the community’s mission and values. The Executive Director oversees all levels of care—independent living, assisted living, memory care, and skilled nursing (as applicable)—while fostering a resident-centered environment, maintaining strong community relationships, and ensuring excellence across clinical, hospitality, and support services.
