Technician - Maintenance II - Kerrville

JOB SUMMARYResponsible for the maintenance and repair of buildings and grounds at various locations including manufacturing, retail stores and corporate departments in the areas of plumbing, carpentry, painting, finishing, drywall, with limited supervision and assist with retail store set-ups (i.e. special features, staging, completed cases and furniture, etc.) ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS1.Complete routine and preventive building maintenance work orders following set guidelines and procedures. 2.Complete assigned maintenance requests as delegated by supervisor. Including assisting other departments with moving furniture, loading and unloading supplies etc. 3.Identify and acquire the parts and material needed for completion of work orders/maintenance tasks.
