Insurance Defense Litigation Attorney – New York - 130k – 200k
Founded in the early 2000’s, we have grown into an AV-rated litigation practice with more than 200 attorneys nationwide. The firm focuses on civil litigation defense for insurers, corporations, and insured clients, with offices in over 15 states. The firm is known for handling complex, high-exposure matters and has built a reputation based on jury awards exceeding $10 million.

Job duties:
Hybrid schedule - 2-3 days per week, work from home. Also, have a construction litigation team that works 1 week in office and the next 3 weeks remotely.
- Develop compelling case strategies that cut through emotional arguments and drive results
- Independently manage court appearances, depositions, motion practice, and trials
- Build and nurture relationships with existing and prospective clients
Required:
· NY bar
· Recent insurance defense experience
