Manufacturing Manager

Directly supervise and coordinate daily activities of approximately 15 production employees. Ensure safe, efficient operations while meeting quality and productivity targets. Collaborate with cross-functional departments to support overall facility goals Plan and layout work in collaboration with the sales team. Responsible for developing and increasing the production capacity required to meet monthly and yearly shipping goals. Maintain performance standards, check progress, interdepartmental coordinate workflow, analyze workflow delays, and take remedial action. Responsible for purchasing and maintaining material inventories to meet customer commitments. Interpret and clarify rules, regulations, and general policies. Evaluate and recommend staffing needs, shift requirements, and equipment needs. Interview screened applicants, train and retain employees. Recommend terminations, transfers, promotions, and wage adjustments. Address complaints in conjunction with supervisors and human resources. General supervision over departments where skilled workers are used in the production of door and frame products. Must be able to manage in a fast pace environment and provide the safest working environment possible. Responsibilities and duties include but are not limited to: Manage daily operations in our plant facility. Ensure safety and efficiency of the facility. Test and monitor plant processes. Prepare, analyze, and issue production and performance reports. Maintain all safety and administrative records. Control costs to achieve company budget goals.
