Shifts Available 1st Shift Monday–Thursday, 6:00 a.m. – 4:30 p.m. Overtime available on Fridays (40+ hours) Areas: Heavy Assembly, Laminating Cell, Pre-Fab (Brake Press) 2nd Shift Monday–Thursday, 4:30 p.m. – 3:00 a.m. Overtime available on Fridays (40+ hours) Shift Differential: $1.50/hour Areas: Pre-Fab (Laser Operator, Brake Press) Weekend Shift Friday–Sunday, 6:00 a.m. – 6:00 p.m. 36 hours + potential OT the following week Shift Differential: 20% Areas: Pre-Fab, Heavy Assembly What You’ll Do (Description / Key Responsibilities) Build and assemble products using hand tools and detailed instructions Read blueprints and follow measurements to ensure quality Support production in areas like assembly, fabrication, and finishing Maintain a safe, clean, and organized workspace Follow job tracking and quality standards to get it right the first time Learn materials, processes, and equipment to grow your skills Work as part of a team to keep production moving efficiently Take on additional tasks as needed to support the operation
