Junior Business Analyst – Dealer Incentives

Job Description

Responsibilities

  • Review and process dealer sales incentive claims in the Customer Relationship Management (CRM) system, ensuring compliance with applicable campaign conditions
  • Create and post credit notes in the ERP system (SAP)
  • Handle dealer inquiries, system training and correct claim submission
  • Monitor and follow up on open incentive cases, ensuring structured documentation of all processes
  • Contribute to process improvements, prepare internal reports, and support the standardization of workflows
  • Communication with internal stakeholders (Sales Brands and Fleet, Financial Controlling)

Your Profile

  • Degree in Business Administration or completed Swiss commercial apprenticeship (KV EFZ)
  • Professional experience in a similar role is an advantage, ideally within the automotive or financial sector
  • Knowledge of SAP ERP, Salesforce, and MS Office (especially Excel) is an advantage
  • Structured, efficient, and independent working style
  • Strong analytical and numerical skills with a high affinity for data
  • Sense of responsibility, accuracy, and accountability
  • Team-oriented and service-minded personality
  • Fluent in German and/or French (Business negotiation level - spoken and written); English language skills are a plus
