
Administrative Assistant/Coordinator - Geomatics
Job Description
The Geomatics Administrative Assistant/Coordinator plays a pivotal role in the smooth operation of SUE and Survey field crew. In addition to expected office logistics, you'll be responsible for overseeing training, onboarding, and safety of all GEO team members. Keeping the team’s workspaces organized, clean and efficient is crucial, including managing supply inventories. This role includes working with the company’s Fleet Manager to ensure all vehicles are safe and authorized. You will also be responsible to coordinate and create team expense reports, and verify team timesheets.
