Maintenance Technician | Contract

This position is affiliated with Memorial Health.

Schedules, performs and documents preventative maintenance, corrective and emergency repairs on all utility systems and hospital equipment;  Operates and maintains some physical plant equipment including chillers, boilers, air handlers, air compressors, vacuum pumps, cooling towers, and control systems; Performs PMs and repairs on patient beds and wheelchairs; Performs general building repairs, painting, plumbing, lighting, and electrical troubleshooting/repair;  Assists in the operation, repairs, and preventative maintenance of all equipment and utility systems;  Maintains skills, licensure, regulatory requirements, and credentials needed to perform assigned duties.
