The CORE (Center of Recruiting Excellence) Client Services Lead is responsible for leading, developing, and optimizing a high-performing recruitment delivery team within a fast-paced, high-volume environment. This role plays a critical part in ensuring operational excellence, delivering an exceptional candidate experience, and strengthening the partnership between the recruitment team and client stakeholders.

This individual will act as a strategic, data-driven advisor, leveraging performance insights to influence decisions, improve processes, and align recruitment delivery with business objectives.

We are looking for a tech-savvy, proactive leader with strong CRM expertise, capable of driving performance through data, systems, and people. The ideal candidate brings a balance of hands-on leadership, analytical thinking, and client-facing influence, along with a continuous improvement mindset. Experience with financial planning or budget management is a strong plus.


Your responsibilities

Key Responsibilities

Team Leadership & Development

  • Lead, mentor, and develop a team of 10+ recruiters, with expected growth to 20+
  • Foster a high-performance, accountable team culture through coaching, feedback, and motivation
  • Create and implement individualized development plans to strengthen team capability
  • Drive engagement, resilience, and consistent achievement of KPIs and sourcing goals

Operational Excellence

  • Oversee day-to-day recruitment operations across full lifecycle hiring (sourcing through offer stage)
  • Ensure efficient and scalable processes in a high-volume, fast-paced environment
  • Maintain high standards for candidate experience and delivery quality
  • Proactively identify workflow gaps and implement process improvements

Client Partnership & Stakeholder Management

  • Act as the primary point of contact for client escalations and critical issues
  • Build strong, trusted relationships through clear communication and active engagement
  • Partner with stakeholders to align hiring priorities and delivery expectations
  • Influence client decisions through data insights, market trends, and strategic recommendations

Data, Reporting & Insights

  • Monitor and analyze performance using data sets, metrics, and KPIs
  • Deliver regular reporting and insights on team performance and hiring outcomes
  • Leverage data to identify trends, risks, and opportunities for improvement
  • Utilize tools such as CRM systems, ATS platforms, and Excel (including pivot tables) to drive decision-making

Performance Management & Continuous Improvement

  • Develop and execute performance improvement and action plans when needed
  • Lead Quarterly and Annual Business Reviews (QBRs/YBRs), presenting data-driven insights
  • Implement continuous improvement initiatives to enhance efficiency and results
  • Collaborate with global CORE teams to share best practices and drive consistency

Required skills

Qualifications & Experience

Required

  • Proven experience as a Talent Acquisition or Recruitment Lead managing teams of 12+
  • Strong experience recruiting and sourcing in high-volume, fast-paced environments
  • Expertise in full lifecycle recruitment (sourcing through offer negotiation)
  • Strong CRM and recruitment systems knowledge (ATS/CRM tools required)
  • Experience working in highly metrics-driven environments with data analysis responsibilities
  • Demonstrated ability to analyze data sets and translate insights into actionable strategies
  • Track record of motivating teams to meet and exceed KPIs and performance targets
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
  • Strong organizational, prioritization, and time management abilities
  • Proactive, resilient, and results-oriented mindset

Preferred

  • Experience in an RPO (Recruitment Process Outsourcing) environment
  • Experience supporting global or multi-region recruitment teams
  • Exposure to financial planning, budgeting, or workforce cost management
  • Advanced reporting and analytics capabilities
