Overview We're looking for a detail-loving, can-do Talent Development Specialist to join the People & Culture team supporting Southeast Asia and Singapore. This role is the operational backbone of the team — you will own programme delivery, learning operations and the Singapore learning experience, making sure every programme runs smoothly, every learner feels supported, and every data point is captured to show our impact. You will work closely with the Talent Development Lead to bring learning and leadership initiatives to life across the region. Responsibilities Objectives of this Role Ensure the smooth planning, coordination and delivery of all learning and talent development programmes for Southeast Asia (regional programmes) and Singapore (local programmes), including ownership of the local deployment of the Groupe Learning Management System, Marcel Classes. Support the Talent Development Lead in executing capability, leadership and learning initiatives that build workforce readiness across the region. Key Responsibilities Manage end-to-end programme logistics for SEA leadership and capability programmes — scheduling, participant management, materials preparation, venue or virtual setup, and post-programme follow-up. Own LMS (Marcel Classes) administration for the region and Singapore, including course setup, training records, enrolment tracking, compliance reporting (including CSR), and system hygiene. Plan and execute Learning Day / Week, global learning campaigns (e.g., Le Train, Creative Train), and regional learning events that build excitement for learning. Manage external vendor relationships, contracts, invoicing and budgets, keeping everything organised and on track. Produce monthly and quarterly learning analytics reports and dashboards, tracking learning hours, expenses, feedback and key performance indicators. Own learner engagement communications — invitations, reminders, nudges, and post-programme messages that are warm, clear and on-brand. Support the Talent Development Lead in programme design, branding and communications for learning and leadership initiatives. Liaise with HR Leads, HR Business Partners and line managers on programme materials, nominations and deployment logistics. For Senior Specialist level: Independently manage the delivery of at least one regional initiative end-to-end, including managing internal and external stakeholders. Support co-facilitation of selected programme modules as a development opportunity. Qualifications Skills and Qualifications At least a Diploma in any discipline with at least 2–3 years of experience in Learning & Development, Talent Development, HR Development, or a related coordination / operations role; fresh graduates with strong internship experience are welcome to apply for the Specialist level. Individuals with 4–7 years of L&D or HR experience and qualifications in HR, Business, Communications, Education, or a related field may be considered for the Senior Specialist level. Experience as an L&D professional in the following are pluses: A multinational and multicultural environment, and/or Marketing, advertising or creative industry, and/or Regional or multi-market experience. Strong knowledge of presentation and design tools (e.g., PowerPoint, Canva) with the ability to create visually engaging learning materials. Proven ability in managing and analysing data using MS Excel, including producing dashboards and reports. Comfortable using AI productivity tools (e.g., Copilot, ChatGPT) to streamline operations and content creation. Familiarity with LMS platforms (experience with Marcel Classes is a bonus). Strong proficiency in English (proficiency in another Southeast Asian language, e.g., Thai, Bahasa Indonesia or Vietnamese, is a plus).
