Temporary Procurement Analyst

We are looking for a temporary procurement analyst to join our Supply Chain team. This is a $20/hr summer temporary employment opportunity.

Main Responsibilities:

• Assist procurement managers with supplier communication and data gathering.
• Send out and maintain different documents to be completed by suppliers.
• Analyze data and provide reports to show impact of different data sets.
• Gather contract information for all copackers and compile a complete list of copackers.
• Maintain spreadsheets and copacker data within our enterprise resource planning (ERP) system, JD Edwards (JDE).

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree preferred or equivalent experience.
• Must demonstrate proven ability to work on a team.
• Proven analytical skills with ability to develop strategies, tactics and measurable implementations required.
• Must be a self-starter, who is proactive and takes advantage of opportunities, without being asked. 
• Must possess capability to set priorities, establish objectives and milestones, and identify or allocate resources appropriately.
• Must possess a strong work ethic.
• Excellent presentation and communication skills needed.
• Must be proficient in Microsoft Office especially Excel.

 

Compensation:

Base Pay Range:

$16.00 - $26.67

Final base pay will be determined based on factors including, but not limited to; role responsibilities, experience, skills, education, geographic location, and/or internal pay equity. Please keep in mind that we consider internal pay equity and hiring at the maximum of the salary range uncommon.
