Support the Corporate Strategy and Business Development Team across M&A, corporate finance and strategy activities. This role provides hands‑on exposure to the day‑to‑day of a corporate development team in a consumer products company. This temporary position is ideal for students or recent graduates interested in gaining real‑world finance experience.
Responsibilities:
- Assist with memos and presentations on business performance, M&A opportunities and corporate finance
- Support diligence on potential acquisition or divestiture opportunities, including but not limited to financial models and data analysis
- Assist in the entire lifecycle of an M&A project, from idea generation, deal execution, to post-close integration or separation
- Help analyze business and industry trends as well as track consumption data on our brands and key competitors
- Assist with periodic accounting projects and ad hoc analysis
- Provide general office and administrative support to the both the accounting and finance teams, as needed
Experience, Skills, Education:
- Currently pursuing or recently completed a degree
- Strong interest in accounting, finance, or business operations
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office, especially Excel and PowerPoint
- Strong organizational skills with attention to detail
- Good communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines in a team environment
- Prior coursework or internship experience in accounting or finance is a plus
Compensation:
Base Pay Range:
$16.00 - $26.67Final base pay will be determined based on factors including, but not limited to; role responsibilities, experience, skills, education, geographic location, and/or internal pay equity. Please keep in mind that we consider internal pay equity and hiring at the maximum of the salary range uncommon.
