Job Description
Safety & Compliance: Demonstrate a personal commitment to safety, set a proper example, and enforce policies to establish a culture of health and safety.
Quality Control: Ensure the production of the highest quality finished product, maintain proper and legible records of production logs, and ensure good housekeeping is consistently maintained.
Reporting: Promptly report any food safety, health & safety, or quality issues and initiate necessary action.
Operations & Support: Lead and motivate team members. Perform daily tasks such as operating timers, clocks, and controls for systems like sprinklers and irrigation. Assist in various maintenance activities as designated. Support the onboarding and training of new employees as needed, and be prepared to work other jobs if required.
