Job Description
Distribution Group Leader is Directly responsible for all facets of the distribution/bulk receiving operation on their respective shift. Responsible to train, motivate and supervise associates within the guidelines of company policies and procedures. Communicates company policies and procedures to distribution associates. Ensures work and safety rules are followed by all associates.
