Job Description
Overseeing the maintenance and repair of all agricultural machinery on a farm, including tractors, harvesters, irrigation systems, and other equipment, by diagnosing malfunctions, prioritizing repairs, assigning tasks to other mechanics, ensuring proper maintenance schedules are followed, and to keep the farm's machinery operating efficiently Safety Demonstrate a personal commitment to safety, and set a proper example at all times Enforce and implement policies to establish a culture of health and safety Must work with and demonstrate a safety first attitude Quality Ensure good housekeeping is maintained Report any food safety, health & safety, quality issues and initiate actions, as necessary.
