Job Description
The Account Manager is responsible for working with Advisors and Account Executives to service client accounts. The position requires day to day client servicing for a specific set of clients and entails a great deal of verbal, electronic and other written communications. The Account Manager will assist in managing the renewal and marketing process, and prepare employer paperwork, group materials for presentations and communications. At this level, an Account Manager may lead open enrollment presentations and may take an active role in client meetings. Account Managers, answer level I day to day service questions and issues and escalate as needed to the Account Executive. Account managers assist in preparing stewardship and other administrative task as needed.
