The Member Experience Specialist (MXS) supports sales and delivers exceptional member service by proactively engaging members and identifying their immediate financial needs. This role focuses on building positive foundational relationships, supporting day to day banking activities, and creating strong member experiences while developing core skills for future growth in financial services.
