🌟Dental Hygienist – Blue Sky Dental🌟
Beautiful, Modern Practice • $2,500 Sign On Bonus • Full-time Hours
Compensation: Starting at $54/hr and can increase based on experience + Hygiene bonus
Sign on Bonus: $2,500
Schedule: Monday- Thursday: 8:00am- 5:00pm

Responsibilities
Your Impact as a Dental Hygienist
As a vital clinical partner, you will elevate patient health by providing preventive care, education, and a seamless clinical experience. Your responsibilities include:
- Reviewing and updating X‑rays, chart notes, and maintaining related equipment
- Recording detailed clinical narratives, probing depths, and documentation for claims
- Maintaining strict OSHA and HIPAA compliance
- Sterilizing instruments and managing hygiene supplies
- Performing Prophylaxis and Scaling & Root Planing
- Applying fluoride varnish and placing sealants
- Educating patients on oral health and the mouth‑body connection
- Supporting patient and team relations with professionalism and empathy
- Ensuring a safe, welcoming, and organized clinical environment
