RADIATION AND ONCOLOGY SERVICES MANAGER

Manages and coordinates the activities of nursing and support personnel in one or multiple Departments to ensure patient care is provided in accordance with the established PRHC standards and regulatory requirements. Accountable for the quality of patient care delivered in the Department. Ensures that continuity of care is maintained during all shifts of a unit or units providing 24 hours patient care. Develops, reviews, submits and implements procedures, policies, goals and objectives for assigned nursing Department(s). Develops, submits, and administers budgets for assigned areas. Monitors, evaluates, and modifies staffing patterns in order to properly utilize nursing and support personnel to provide patient care.
