PT Direct Support Professional / DSP - Community Habilitation & Respite Program - Bronx, Manhattan, Queens and Brooklyn Areas

The DSP, such as a Habilitation Specialist or Respite Worker, is responsible for assisting the people we support, while following established treatment plans. QSAC’s Community Habilitation (Comm Hab) program emphasizes the importance of promoting independence and integration into the community. Services are provided in the individual’s family’s home and/or in the community. You will abide by the Direct Support Professional Code of Ethics at all times.
