Job Description
The Assistant Branch Manager is responsible for the administration and efficient daily operation for a specific segment of the branch business. This will include sales, rentals, operations, customer service, and staff development in accordance with Rain for Rent’s objectives. Develops new business; provides a superior level of customer relations and promotes the sales and service culture through coaching, guidance and staff motivation; achieves individual and branch sales goals through sales and retention of account relationships. Responsible for attaining established Branch budget goals through active participation in sales management programs. Participates in community affairs to increase Rain for Rent’s visibility and to enhance new and existing business opportunities.
