Join Casey’s in shaping a better future for our communities, guests, and team members as a Temporary Summer Transportation Software Monitor! Under direct supervision, this position will utilize software to monitor the simulated temperature of trailers while in transit. They will be responsible for reviewing data, initiating mitigation strategies, and communicating with Grocery Drivers with concerns.
- Monitoring simulated product temperatures of stock orders while in transit.
- Monitoring trailer compartment temperatures and reefer effectiveness. Evaluate alerts and notify supervisor of concerns.
- Initiate mitigations strategies with Grocery Drivers, as needed.
- Appropriately document temperature excursions, mitigation activity, and outcomes
- Update or modify equipment assignments.
- Perform lot checks or virtual trailer inventory as needed.
Compensation:
Starting pay range: $17.00 - $19.00. Actual pay may vary based on Casey’s assessment of the candidate's knowledge, skills, abilities (KSAs), related experience, education, and qualifications. Other factors impacting pay include local prevailing wages and internal equity. Our full salary range for this role does extend beyond the hiring range listed, allowing team members the opportunity to continue to grow within the company.
