Job Description

Join Casey's Marketing team as a Graphic Designer! As a Graphic Designer you'll work independently to handle complex projects, to create and produce visual content that aligns with creative requests while adhering to Casey’s brand guidelines. This role involves designing for store locations, the support center, and online marketing platforms. Additionally, the Graphic Designer will develop effective marketing designs that meet communication objectives.

Key Responsibilities: 

  • Design and execute promotional materials for print and digital marketing, packaging, and other requests, focusing mainly on static designs with some motion design elements.
  • Contribute creative ideas and improve processes for effective and consistent designs for guests and stakeholders while following brand guidelines.
  • Assist Creative Operations Manager in local photoshoots and production. Work closely with the creative team to align on vision and objectives, and provide support to team members during the production process.
  • Stay updated with industry trends for design and motion.
  • Collaborate with other departments (e.g., marketing, product, or UX teams) to design projects and execute concepts.
  • Oversee design production work and mentor less experienced designers when needed.
  • Performs other related duties as assigned.

Compensation:

Starting hiring range:‏‏ $64,500 -‏‏ $84,600.‏‏  Actual pay may vary based on Casey’s assessment of the candidate's knowledge, skills, abilities (KSAs), related experience, education, and qualifications. Other factors impacting pay include local prevailing wages and internal equity. Our full salary range for this role does extend beyond the typical hiring range listed, allowing team members the opportunity to continue to grow within the company.
