Job Description
The Sr. Financial Analyst, Cost Accounting supports the broader organization interfacing with Corporate Finance, Product Management, and Manufacturing supporting monthly closing, financial reporting, and cost analysis. In addition to their analytical responsibilities, they contribute to Continuous Improvement efforts by identifying opportunities to streamline processes, enhance accuracy, and improve reporting efficiency, supporting the organization’s ability to scale effectively as the business grows. This position requires 7+ years of experience, within a manufacturing company, at a matrixed (multiple business units/plants) product-driven company.
