Quality Assurance Monitor

Under the direct supervision of the Quality Assurance Director, Quality Assurance Monitor is responsible for the oversight and ongoing monitoring of the Child Development program. He/she will be responsible for the evaluating the effectiveness and quality of Head Start services to ensure compliance with federal, state, and local regulations, as well as the program's policies and procedures. He/she plays a critical role in detecting programmatic issues, evaluating systems, monitoring performance and practices, and identifying/establishing concrete strategies for quality improvement.
