Tobacco Prevention Coordinator - Health Promotions Program
Job Description
Under the direction of the Health Promotions Manager, the Tobacco Prevention Coordinator leads the tobacco prevention policy and health equity efforts to support Tobacco Prevention Network (WHLTPN). Responsible for providing specialized support to the City of Milwaukee to ensure a comprehensive range of individual and community-based projects that are designed to promote the Department of Health Services (DHS) Wisconsin Tobacco Prevention and Control Program (TPCP) initiatives. This position is responsible for the development, management, coordination, implementation, monitoring and evaluation of tobacco prevention strategies and activities in Milwaukee, related to tobacco prevention policies, education, and health equity.
