Job Description
Under the direct supervision of the Child Development Coordinator and/or Center Manager, the Teacher will implement the Education Program, which includes developing age-appropriate classroom environments, lesson plans, conducting child screenings and assessments, home visits and tracking child’s progress through outcomes geared towards school readiness in accordance to Head Start Performance Standard, UMOS policies and procedures. Will ensure the health and safety of children and always supervise children. Will implement Child and Adult Care Food Program (CACFP) in classroom and ensure that delivery of services will be based on the principles of the Parent Family Community Engagement (PFCE) Framework and Child Development Early Learning Framework (HSELOF). ($17.30/Hr)
