Job Description

$750 Sign on Bonus. Bison Drivers are paid every week, on time! Primarily running Canada/U.S. short-haul in Quebec, Ontario, and the Northeast U.S. Must hold a valid FAST card

  • Northeast U.S. lanes include Maryland, Pennsylvania, New York, Vermont, Maine, Massachusetts, New Jersey, Connecticut, Virginia, West Virginia, and Delaware
  • Destinations might vary, must be willing to drive in all provinces and states to support varying customer and freight requirements
  • Average of 5-7 days on the road at a time
  • Average of 85% U.S. Miles, Drivers are not required to haul into New York City
  • Ability to pull refrigerated freight if available
  • Areas of operation might vary on occasion; regional freight might be required
  • Average of 2,300 miles per week
  • Fleet of support: Drivers have access to a team of professionals to support with our trip planning

Candidate Profile:

  • Company Driver with 24 months tractor-trailer experience
  • Must be U.S. qualified
  • Must hold a valid FAST card
  • Must have a minimum of 6 months U.S. driving experience
  • Must have a minimum of 6 months Highway 17 experience
  • Must be able to work weekends
  • Must have a valid Class 1/AZ license
  • Must be able to lift 50 lbs. or more, Driver assist is required on occasion
  • Reliable, flexible, and punctual
  • Strong communication skills
  • Values safety
