Associate Project Manager, Capital Projects (PNW)

This position will be responsible for overseeing multiple complex senior housing capital projects throughout the Pacific North West (OR, WA, ID, MT) market. You will manage approximately 3-5 projects at any given time (dependent on project scope and complexity) and will participate in oversight of contractors, construction schedules, and providing status reports and communication to internal and external project stakeholders.
