Job Description
The primary job function of this position is handling inbound/outbound calls for Westlake, Wilshire and Western Funding bankruptcy customers. Bankruptcy Associates are responsible for ensuring that bankruptcy customers receive professional service while answering their questions and concerns as well as maintaining compliance with bankruptcy requirements.
Bankruptcy Associates will closely interact with Bankruptcy Specialists, other departments and management to troubleshoot questions or concerns posed by bankruptcy customers.
Bankruptcy Associates must have the ability to deal with challenging situations while maintaining compliance with strict bankruptcy guidelines. The ability to multitask and work independently is essential in this fast paced and detailed oriented environment.
