Program Assistant (Sports)- Sussex Location

Come join the YMCA of Delaware Sussex branch location as a Sports Program Assistant. Under the direction of the Program Coordinator this individual will assist with the coordination of sport events on and offsite. Responsible for equipment and work with the site personnel to ensure safety for all program participants. Recognize and de-escalate any potential accidents and/or confrontations.
