Diabetes Prevention & Livestrong Specialist Coaches

As part of the YMCA of Delaware’s Chronic Disease Initiatives, the Healthy Living Program Coach position will manage the enrollment and intake processes for the YMCA of Delaware chronic disease programs. These programs include but are not limited to the YMCA’s Diabetes Prevention Program, Livestrong at the YMCA, and YMCA weight loss program. This position is 5-10 hours per week.
