Engineering Manager

Job Responsibilities:

• Provide technical support for each site
• Make review and work distribution for subordinate (Structural Engineer, Planning Engineer, Project Engineer, Assistant Structural Engineer, Assistant Planning Engineer, Assistant Project Engineer)
• Arrange internal meeting and coordinate with the internal management and each department
• Manage sub-contractor and ensure project budget cost and completed on schedule
• Refer to the tender document, propose the structural emphasis and technical requirement.
• Assist the Senior Planning Manager/ Planning Manager with tender preparation
• Assist with distributing updated Buildings Ordinance or relevant information and holding technical lectures

Job Requirement:

 

• Degree in Structural Engineering/ Civil Engineering or Equivalent
• Professional Membership such as The Hong Kong Institution of Engineers, The Institution of Civil Engineers (UK), The Institution of Structural Engineers (UK) or equivalent
• Minimum 10 years experiences in Building Construction
• Good management skill
• Good communication skills and proficient in written and spoken English and Chinese
