Job Description
Job Responsibilities:
- Monitoring sub-contractor by established drawing and program schedule
- Attend the progress meeting
- Assist with drafting and submission request form for sample of material
- Monitoring the loss of structural material and building material
- Refer to complied site overall quality assurance and safety plan, coordinate with Compliance Department to inspect, quality control and self-inspect
- Maintain and update the site structural work quality record, prepare internal and external audit properly, ensure none or least unconformable situation
- Make inspection with resident consultant and sub-contractor. Arrange structural material testing, conduct and submit relevant reports
- Draft notice of rectification and site memorandum for sub-contractor
- Make close communication in warranty period, provide appropriate service
Job Requirement:
- Degree in Structural Engineering/ Civil Engineering or Equivalent
- Minimum 5 years experiences in Building Construction
- Good management skill
- Good communication skills and proficient in written and spoken English and Chinese
