Job Description

Job Responsibilities:

  • Support the department to perform full spectrum of Human Resources functions and focus on C&B functions

  • Responsible full spectrum of compensation and benefit administration including but not limited to monthly payroll and final payment calculation, leave management, taxation and pension scheme administration

  • Regularly conduct salary and benefits benchmarking to review the company’s remuneration packages

  • Responsible for HRIS system maintenance and maintain the HRIS system with updated information upon any staff movement change and to make proper record

  • Assist in preparing regular HR analytics reports such as cost allocation reports, benchmarking reports and etc.

  • Provide professional solutions / advices to business for different HR matters and staff issues

  • Any other duties / projects assigned

Job Requirement:

  • University degree preferably in Human Resources and Business Administration

  • At least 3 to 5 years related working experience in C&B function

  • Logical, detail-minded and good numerical sense

  • Excellent written and spoken English and Chinese (both Cantonese and Putonghua)

  • Able to work under pressure and react with changes

  • Good PC skills including MS Word, Excel and PowerPoint

  • Ability to work independently and with high level of accuracy and attention to details

  • Experience in IPL, using AI tools, immediately available would be an advantage
