Job Description
Job Responsibilities:
Support the department to perform full spectrum of Human Resources functions and focus on C&B functions
Responsible full spectrum of compensation and benefit administration including but not limited to monthly payroll and final payment calculation, leave management, taxation and pension scheme administration
Regularly conduct salary and benefits benchmarking to review the company’s remuneration packages
Responsible for HRIS system maintenance and maintain the HRIS system with updated information upon any staff movement change and to make proper record
Assist in preparing regular HR analytics reports such as cost allocation reports, benchmarking reports and etc.
Provide professional solutions / advices to business for different HR matters and staff issues
Any other duties / projects assigned
Job Requirement:
University degree preferably in Human Resources and Business Administration
At least 3 to 5 years related working experience in C&B function
Logical, detail-minded and good numerical sense
Excellent written and spoken English and Chinese (both Cantonese and Putonghua)
Able to work under pressure and react with changes
Good PC skills including MS Word, Excel and PowerPoint
Ability to work independently and with high level of accuracy and attention to details
Experience in IPL, using AI tools, immediately available would be an advantage
