Job Description
Job Responsibilities:
- Act as end user support at 1st level on system and network
- Diagnose and troubleshooting on system, software, hardware and networking issues
- Responsible for Daily IT operations, such as installation / removal / upgrade of hardware and software
- Work closely with IT team to deliver IT projects and initiatives
- Participate in ad hoc projects assigned by supervisor
Job Requirement:
Diploma in Computer Sciences/Information Technology or other related disciplines
- Working knowledge of service desk software, Microsoft Office, Windows 10 & G Suite
- Strong communication skills, must demonstrate a good command of spoken and written English and Chinese
- Advanced troubleshooting and multi-tasking skills
- Providing good service to in-house colleagues user
