We are expanding our Electrical Division and seeking a skilled and motivated, experienced Residential & Light Commercial Electrical Service Technician. As an experienced Residential & Light Commercial Electrical Service Technician you will perform installations, maintenance, and repairs for residential and small commercial projects. - Compensation: $60k-$200k per year. Performance based pay with a weekly minimum!
- Perform residential and light commercial electrical service installations, service, and repairs.
- Diagnose electrical issues, provide recommendations on repairs, and complete necessary work with precision and safety.
- Install and troubleshoot wiring, outlets, lighting, panels, breakers, and other electrical components.
- Provide upfront, transparent communication to customers with integrity and professionalism.
- Ensure all work meets or exceeds local and national electrical codes and company standards.
- Maintain accurate job documentation within ServiceTitan and ensure timely completion of service calls.
- Support the Electrical team and cross-trade collaboration across Plumbing, HVAC, and Drains.
- 3+ years of residential or light commercial service electrical experience preferred.
- Current Colorado Residential Wireman or Journeyman license required.
- Familiarity with NEC standards, safety protocols, and troubleshooting best practices.
- Reliable, self-motivated, customer-focused professional with high integrity.
- Must be able to participate in on-call rotation (every 6 weeks) and occasional after-hours work.
- Must be able to stand, walk, and kneel for long periods throughout the day.
- Frequent bending, squatting, kneeling, crawling and twisting of body while working.
- Be able to lift, carry, push, or pull objects weighing up to 50 pounds, with frequent lifting and carrying of up to 25 pounds.
- Must be comfortable and able to safely climb and work from ladders, scaffolding, or bucket trucks at various heights.
- Work is performed both indoors and outdoors and is not limited by weather conditions. May work in extreme temperatures, including heat and cold, as well as in dusty, wet, or dirty spaces.
Pay Range: $60,000 - $200,000 per year
