Pay Range: $17 - $20 per hour
Allen Service provides home services, such as electrical and plumbing, as well as heating, ventilation, and air conditioning (HVAC) services. Because we are growing, we are looking for an Electrical Apprentice to join our team.

What You'll Do:
- Install gas lines for new generator units and provide hands-on support to electricians as needed.
- Build lasting relationships by providing expert guidance on residential electrical services and generator needs.
- Adhere strictly to service standards, work instructions, and client specifications to ensure top-tier results.
- Maintain a clean, organized job site and manage vehicle inventory for maximum efficiency.
- Complete invoices, timecards, and project documentation with accuracy and speed.
- Actively engage in training sessions, team meetings, trade shows, and company retreats.

- Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to learn new technical tasks quickly.
- A dedicated, hardworking professional with a positive attitude and a collaborative approach.
- Clear written and verbal skills for both team coordination and customer interaction.
- High integrity with a personal drive for continuous self-improvement.
- A valid driver’s license with an insurable record; must pass a background check and drug screen.
- Previous electrical experience is highly preferred, though we are willing to train the right candidate.
Physical Requirements and Work Location:
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and perform physically demanding tasks including climbing, kneeling, and crawling.
- Comfortable working in confined spaces (attics/crawlspaces) and at various heights.
- Capacity to work outdoors in various weather conditions for extended periods.
Pay Range: $17 - $20 per hour
