Titan Pro Technologies is a fast-growing consulting and technology company focused on helping home service businesses maximize the ServiceTitan platform.

We specialize in implementation, optimization, training, and operational strategy—helping companies increase efficiency, improve margins, and scale faster.

We are positioned in a high-demand niche and are looking for a CEO to lead the company through its next phase of growth.

The Opportunity

This is a build-and-scale leadership role.

You will work directly with ownership and have the authority to:

  • Drive company growth and profitability
  • Build and lead a high-performance team
  • Implement systems and scalable processes
  • Establish Titan Pro as a leader in the ServiceTitan ecosystem

Key ResponsibilitiesGrowth & Revenue

  • Drive top-line growth and overall profitability
  • Build scalable sales and marketing strategies
  • Expand client acquisition and recurring revenue

Operations

  • Implement systems to support rapid scaling
  • Oversee service delivery and ensure strong client outcomes
  • Establish structure, accountability, and performance metrics

Leadership

  • Recruit, develop, and lead a results-driven team
  • Build a culture of ownership, speed, and execution
  • Align all departments around clear KPIs

Strategy

  • Identify opportunities within the ServiceTitan and home services market
  • Strengthen Titan Pro’s position as a top consulting partner
  • Drive long-term growth and market expansion

What Success Looks Like (12–24 Months)

  • Significant growth in revenue and client base
  • Scalable systems implemented across operations
  • Strong leadership team in place and executing
  • Recognized authority within the ServiceTitan ecosystem
  • Improved profitability and operational efficiency

Requirements (Non-Negotiable)

  • Minimum 3+ years of hands-on ServiceTitan experience (REQUIRED)
  • Proven track record of scaling a business, division, or operation
  • Strong experience in operations, sales, and growth strategy
  • Ability to operate at both strategic and execution levels
  • High ownership mindset with a focus on results

$95,000 – $120,000 base

performance bonuses + equity opportunity

Overall earnings can exceed $250,000
