Mission
We are looking for a talented Designer & Motion Graphics Specialist to join our team for a temporary contract to cover a paternity leave. In this role, you will be the creative force behind a wide range of visual content, blending traditional graphic design with dynamic motion graphics and digital assets to keep the brands engaging and impactful.
Job Functions
Video Editing & Motion Graphics
Edit and produce engaging, high-quality video content for TikTok, Instagram, YouTube, and other digital platforms.
Create motion graphics, animations, and special effects to enhance storytelling.
Adapt content for different formats, trends, and platform-specific requirements.
Optimize video assets to maintain visual consistency and brand identity across campaigns.
Visual Design
Develop eye-catching thumbnails, animated assets, and overlays for digital campaigns.
Ensure consistency in typography, layout, and visual identity across all projects.
Creative Strategy & Innovation
Collaborate with copywriters, strategists, and brand teams to brainstorm and execute creative concepts.
Stay up to date with social media trends, AI tools, and emerging design technologies.
Experiment with new editing techniques, transitions, and visual effects to keep content fresh and engaging.
Project Management & Collaboration
Manage multiple projects while meeting tight deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
Work closely with creative directors, designers, and social media teams to bring ideas to life.
Maintain a high level of attention to detail, organization, and quality control.
