Job Posting Requirements

YOU ROLE & RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Maintain, audit and manage vendor special pricing (supports) and rebates (CUPS) for assigned customers. Adjusting with market changes

  • Consolidate, request, collect, and approve accrued rebates (CUPS) monthly and investigate differences in amounts requested and received, if any

  • Ensure purchase orders (POs) contain correct pricing

  • Maintain, audit and update vendor master file and information

  • Research and resolve pricing discrepancies when a vendor price confirmation or invoice is different than expected.

  • Aid with entering vendor price increases into appropriate systems and implementing mass prices changes

  • Provide general assistance to the Pricing Department and its functions

  • Participate in the end of month closing processes

  • Assist with the customer invoicing procedures and tasks to ensure customers are billed in a correct and timely manner

YOUR PROFILE

Education and Experience:

  • High School Diploma with some advanced education coursework (required), associate’s degree or higher in finance, supply chain, mathematics, general business, or related field (preferred)

  • 2-3 years relatable administrative support experience (preferred)

  • Detailed-oriented mindset with critical thinking skills 

  • Strong initiative and organizations skills

  • High sense of urgency, decisiveness

  • The ability to gather, organize, interpret and collate data from multiple sources

  • Strong leadership, problem-solving and decision-making abilities

  • Have demonstrated exceptional written and verbal communication skills

  • Solid understanding of Microsoft Excel
