About the Role
We’re looking for a Venue Manager who lives for extraordinary experiences, not ordinary service. Someone who thrives in a space where the unexpected is encouraged, and who knows how to blend sharp operations with a playful, guest-first mindset.

You’ll lead our passionate team across front-of-house, back-of-house, and events, making sure everything runs seamlessly – from daily service to high-profile functions. You’ll be the person who turns first-time guests into Chow Social regulars and ensures the vibe stays as elevated as the views.

 

What You’ll Do

• Lead and motivate a dynamic team to deliver standout hospitality.
• Oversee day-to-day operations with flair and precision.
• Drive profitability through smart financial management.
• Build strong partnerships with suppliers and collaborators.
• Plan and execute events, activations, and rooftop moments worth talking about.
• Ensure compliance, safety, and smooth operations without compromising the fun.
• Work closely with marketing & sales to keep Chow Social buzzing and booked out.

 

 

 

What You’ll Bring

• A valid GM (Liquor) Certificate (3+ years preferred).
• Experience leading hospitality, bar, or venue operations.
• A hands-on, solutions-focused approach – calm under pressure.
• Sharp organisational skills and commercial acumen.
• Natural leadership that inspires and empowers a team.
