About the Role We’re on the hunt for a Bar Manager who knows how to set the pace, shake the shakers, and keep the good times flowing. This isn’t just about pouring drinks – it’s about leading the city’s most stylish rooftop bar team, curating on-trend cocktails, and making sure every night is memorable.

What You’ll Do

· Own the rooftop bar scene – from daily service to late-night celebrations.

· Hire, train, and inspire a rockstar bar crew.

· Design cocktail menus that are fun, fresh, and always ahead of the curve.

· Keep stock and costs in check without ever slowing the buzz.

· Deliver service that makes every guest feel like a VIP.

· Bring the vibe to rooftop events, promos, and parties.

· Ensure the bar stays safe, compliant, and ready to roll.

What You’ll Bring

· A valid GM (Liquor) Certificate (3+ years preferred).

· Proven bar management experience in high-energy venues.

· Passion for cocktails, trends, and hospitality.

· Natural leadership and a knack for motivating people.

· A calm head in busy moments and a can-do approach.
