The Prestige Account Manager will lead the commercialization of the prestige portfolio, driving sales growth, and elevating brand presence within the luxury market. This role involves cultivating department stores, high-net-worth individuals (HNWI), luxury hotels, independent luxury bars, and corporate accounts, achieving sales targets, and collaborating with the sales managers and the marketing team to execute impactful activities aligned with the prestige channel strategy.

What You Can Expect

● Build in-depth understanding of prestige accounts and identify & prioritize growth opportunities in the greater Tokyo area for our prestige portfolio.

● Develop and execute a strategy and plans to expand distribution, improve brand visibility & prominence, increase sales velocity in prestige venues.

● Cultivate and strengthen relationships with targeted prestige on & off-premise accounts (e.g., department stores, luxury hotels, independent luxury bars, and corporate accounts) to access High Net Worth Individuals (HNWI). 

● Lead commercial planning, negotiations & execution with targeted prestige accounts to achieve defined KPIs and meet P&L goals, while effectively managing client engagement budgets.

● Effectively collaborate with Marketing, Sales, and other cross-functional partners, ensuring transparent communication of plans, performance, and learning. Support bespoke brand events/programmes to drive desirability and sales.

● Provide portfolio expertise and support to the wider Brown-Forman sales organization to enhance our broader effectiveness driving growth on our ultra-premium and prestige portfolios, and support broader commercial projects & initiatives on an ad hoc basis.

● Other duties as instructed by the company.

What You Bring to the Table

● 5-7+ years + experience from a luxury consumer goods sales environment. Experience within super-premium wines and spirits is advantageous.

● College/University (Bachelors or Equivalent) or equivalent experience

● Proven experience in displaying capabilities in luxury sales and marketing, growing existing customer base with influential customers, industry influencers and HNW consumers.

● Superb interpersonal skills, stakeholder management and ability to operate effectively in a collaborative matrix, including finance, marketing, legal and supply chain. And proven ability to set clear direction, prioritize, organize and manage multiple projects to completion by specific deadlines.

● Ability to present themselves and our products to reflect the luxury brand's image and values while demonstrating strong personal integrity and discretion

● Ability to travel domestically and possibly international, including some weekends.
